What is PDNCARE? How does it work?
PDNCARE is a provider of Professional Caregivers to individual who needs care at the comfort of their home. The Care Coordinator will match suitable professional caregivers base on the clients need. To assess the clients condition: the care coordinator will send a PDNCARE FORM for the family to fill up to and may do a follow up call.

What is the age and experience of the caregiver?
Age bracket from 23 to 50 years old, experience of caregivers from 3 to 15+ years
How much is the cost of service?

Do you have physical office?
NO we don’t have, WE are online platform . ITS 100% safe, reliable and trusted.
Do I need to pay for advance payment?
NO you don’t have to pay in advance, only pay for the RM 200 PDNCARE FEE for the confirmation of service.
When do I need to pay for the service?
For stay in service: invoice will be sent to you on or before the 15th day of service
For short term and stay out service it will be invoice on a weekly basis.
Our standard days is 30 days regardless of the month. It will be counted by days.
What if didn’t like the caregiver? Can i get replacement?
if in the Case that the caregiver didn’t jibe with the client, then the family can request for a replacement. the replacement will come within 1 to 3 days after the request has been made. If in any case that the Care Coordinator didnt get any replacememt within the timeframe, then the Caregiver will stay until replacement is arranged.
How about food and sleeping arrangement for the caregiver for STAY IN CARE?
for the food, the clients family should provide food for the caregiver specially for stay in. The family can buy cooking food like vegetables, egg, noodles, chicken and the like… the caregiver will cook for the client and for herself as well.
for the sleeping arrangements , usually the caregiver will sleep with the client on the same room provided that the family will provide foldable sleeping mattress/ bed beside the client .
what if I take Stay out service, how is the food arrangement?
For stay out service , lunch will be provided by the client.
How about Offdays? Is the caregiver will stay in our house while on off? Do you provide reliever while my caregiver is on offday?
Standard OFF DUTY is four (4) days in a 30 a calendar days.
If the family get a fulltime package meaning 30 DAYS DUTY then it depends on the situation: FOR SHORT TERM CARE then the same caregiver will work for the time period while FOR LONG TERM CARE then it will depend on the caregiver, usually the caregiver will work for 30 days and will go off for 1 to maximum 4 days and Care coordinator will arrange for a reliever while the Permanent Caregiver is on offday.
Note: OFFDAYS FOR LONG TERM CARE it also depends on the situation of the patient example if the patient doesnt sleep at night then offdays are really needed to prevent burn out of the caregiver. Arrangement of offdays will be agreed by both the client and the caregiver. Relievers will be arranged during offdays by care coordinator
What about Termination Of Service
If the family decided to stop the service, then it should be inform to the Care Coordinator atleast a week (7 days) before the end date to provide time for PDNCARE to plan/organize/arrange a new assignment for the Caregiver
