How it Works

Step 1

The initial inquiry

During the initial inquiry, the Care Coordinator will find out all of the client’s care needs and requirements, such as:

  • The type of care needed
  • The length of time the care is required for
  • The responsibilities of the carer
  • Any conditions or disabilities the recipient has
  • Any other special requirements

The Care coordinator will ask you to fill up an Assessment Form to gather a detailed information about the clients current condition and MIGHT do a follow up call for further questions about the case.

Step 2

The Care Package Rates and Confirmation of service

After giving all the information about the clients condition, The care coordinator will give you the quotations. The Rate will depends upon the complexity of Care needed by the client

After the client decided on the Package, then proceed on paying the PDNCARE Service Fee of RM 200 for the Confirmation of Service. From there, an invoice will be sent to you with package description and the payment details.

Step 3

The search for your caregiver

After paying the Fee, the Care coordinator will then proceed on matching the client to the most suitable caregiver.

The care coordinator will do the profiling to check for the Best Caregiver specifically needed for the clients condition ensuring that they have the desired trainings, experience and skills.

Depending on the family’s preference, the care coordinator can straightly assign a suitable caregiver or the client can request for maximum of 3 caregiver profiles to choose from.

Note: Arrangement of caregiver will be within 1 to 2 days from the starting Date of service

Step 4

The employment

After assigning the right caregiver or picking the candidate you like , we will confirm the employment between yourself and the Carer.

The Care coordinator will arrange with the caregiver and will endorse information about the client’s condition which was initially provided by the family during the initial inquiry.

Finally, The Caregiver will then connect with the family a day before the start of Service.
